TRANSFORMASI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN UMKM KULINER DI JOMBANG MELALUI LITERASI KEUANGAN DIGITAL DAN DIGITAL PAYMENT: PERAN MEDIASI PERILAKU KEUANGAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan digital dan digital payment terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Jombang serta menguji peran mediasi perilaku keuangan dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert lima tingkat kepada 80 pelaku UMKM kuliner yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 3 melalui pengujian model pengukuran, model struktural, bootstrapping, dan efek tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (β = 0,146; p = 0,266), demikian pula digital payment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (β = 0,181; p = 0,076). Sebaliknya, literasi keuangan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan (β = 0,449; p < 0,001), digital payment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan (β = 0,296; p = 0,001), dan perilaku keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (β = 0,540; p < 0,001). Perilaku keuangan juga terbukti memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan digital (β = 0,242; p = 0,008) dan digital payment (β = 0,160; p = 0,020) terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengetahuan dan teknologi keuangan akan memberikan dampak lebih optimal apabila diterjemahkan ke dalam perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Penelitian berkontribusi secara empiris dalam memperkuat pentingnya perilaku keuangan sebagai mekanisme transformasi kapabilitas digital menjadi peningkatan kinerja UMKM.
