Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosialnya kepada masyarakat, perguruan tinggi dituntu untuk ikut serta menyumbangkan pemikirannya guna kemajuan masyarakat. Salah satu kegiatan tersebut adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM). Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pengurus BUMDes Barokah yang ada di desa Balongbesuk, Diwek Jombang. Kegiatan ini diprioritaskan pada pendampingan perbaikan administrative organisasi meliputi penyusunan Anggaran Dasar/ Anggaran Rumah Tangga, penyusunan deskripsi kerja, serta pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan secara intensif selama bulan Pebruari 2021. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut diperoleh dampak yang positif yaitu peningkatan kapasitas para pengurus BUMDes. Kegiatan ini diharapkan akan ditindaklanjuti dengan prioritas yang lain pada periode lainnya.
