The condition was proven during the Covid-19 pandemic; there were still many MSMEs that were able to survive and become one of the family's economic boosters. Despite their significant role, many problems are faced by MSMEs in Indonesia, including limited capital, business management, and marketing of production results. This Community Service activity aims to help women members of the Srikandi MSME group as fostered partners so the business can be marketed better. The activity was conducted in Gilingan Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta Municipality. This activity was carried out intensively and received a positive response from the fostered partners. From the activity results, partners gain meaningful insight into entrepreneurship. This activity utilizes a talk show involving MSME players. The talk show focused on solutions and innovations that can support the growth of MSMEs and their role in driving the revival of the national economy. Results of PkM Implementation and its Implications: By working together with MSME players as a companion in sharing experiences, solutions, and innovations that can make a positive contribution to the national economy, we managed to make a contribution. The service aims to plan and assist the K3 program at BUMKal Karya Manunggal Jaya in Serut Village, Gunung Kidul Regency, which has a bottled drinking water management business. Activities were carried out intensively involving 14 employees of BUMKal Karya Manunggal Jaya. From the results of the training, it is known that the trained partners can absorb the training material well. It aims to increase family income and social welfare. This Community Service Activity aims to improve efficiency and market access for Productive Economic Enterprises using the Taluy-Jo e-commerce application in Kotamobagu City. The activity was carried out intensively, starting with a preliminary survey about the conditions of the fostered partners, a literature study, Focus Group Discussions with several stakeholders, and training on creating applications and using them by the fostered partners. This PKM activity is expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the impact of implementing e-commerce technology on UEP and provide strategic recommendations to increase their competitiveness. The Kemiri Oil Celebes Office, Central Besusu District, East Palu, carried out the activity. The fostered partner in this program is an incubator in collaboration with Tadulako University.&nbsp;&nbsp; This PKM activity was carried out intensively for approximately 2 (two) months.
