The goal in this study were: 1) to design the method of measuring the performance of PT is based on the Balanced Scorecard concept, and 2) defines and describes the relevant strategy maps based on the Balanced Scorecard method in the UN PGRI Kediri especially the Faculty of Economics.The types and sources of data used in this study include primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analysis translated in tabular form descriptive, evaluative and descriptive ratio. Based on the translation of the vision, mission and strategy FE UN PGRI on four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard. The strategic goal FE UN PGRI are: 1) financial perspective, 2) customer perspective (students, 3) internal business process perspective and 4) learning and growth perspective.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) merancang metode pengukuran kinerja PT berdasarkan konsep Balanced Scorecard, dan 2) merumuskan dan menggambarkan peta strategi yang relevan berdasarkan metode Balanced Scorecard pada UN PGRI Kediri khusunya Fakultas Ekonomi. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif diterjemahkan dalam bentuk tabulasi deskriptif, deskriptif evaluatif dan rasio.
Berdasarkan penerjemahan visi, misi dan strategi FE UN PGRI pada keempat perspektif Balanced Scorecard. Sasaran strategis FE UN PGRI adalah :1) perspektif keuangan, 2) Perspektif pelanggan (mahasiswa), 3) Perspektif proses bisnis internal dan 4) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.
