Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pulogedang Village through business legalization assistancespecifically obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) and digital branding training. The main challenges faced by the partners include low rates of business legalization and limited capabilities in digital marketing. The method used is a participatory approach with activity stages including outreach, NIB registration assistance, and digital branding workshops using the Canva app. The activities were conducted over one week, involving approximately 20 MSME operators.  The results showed that about 70% of participants successfully registered their businesses, and 60% obtained an NIB. Additionally, approximately 80% of participants were able to independently create digital promotional designs and began utilizing social media as a marketing tool. This program has proven effective in enhancing the understanding and skills of SME operators, as well as fostering increased business professionalism. Thus, the integration of business legalization assistance and digital branding training represents an effective approach in supporting the sustainable development of SMEs.
