To solve this problem, the author and a group of students in Pegertanjung Village, Ploso district, Jombang district created a hand-made hand-making training program from manic-manic to enhance women's economic independence. The target in this program is the Mother's Family Welfare Enhancement (PKK) in Pegertanjung Village, Ploso district, Jombang district. As for the range of activities included in the craft training program. Firstly, to prepare the raw materials for the manufacture of manic-manic. Apart from that, the writing team also conducted Excel program training to help strengthen the technical and managerial skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in managing their businesses efficiently and improve the skills of the youth of Daditunggal Village as a preparation for entering the world of work. The background to this article is the minimal availability of economic potential in Jatimlerek Village. The aim of this research is to provide provisions for business actors, especially teenagers, in developing economic potential in the digital era. The method used in this research is socialization. The research results show that Jatimlerek Village has economic potential in the agricultural sector. The majority of people are commodities in this sector. The workshop was held to provide an understanding of digital marketing, E-Commerce, and the use of social media in business.</em> <em>This community service allows MSMEs in Jatimlerek Village to set up online shops and promote their goods through markets and social media and ultimately make more money. Increasing the production scale of MSMEs can create new jobs and increase people's income. Digitalization enables wider market access through online sales and marketing via social media, presenting significant growth opportunities. Carried out as part of dedication, the implementation location in the village was chosen because of its significant economic potential but was faced with the challenges of limited capital, lack of promotion, and low interest in developing UMKM. This research implements the BUMDES &amp; UMKM Development Socialization Program as a response to the problems faced. Analysis of financial reports and implementation of marketing strategies are the focus for increasing the competitiveness of UMKM. The findings indicate the need for assistance in preparing financial reports and implementing appropriate marketing strategies. In Karangmojo village, precisely in Klampisan hamlet, there are MSMEs that operate in the convection sector, namely producing bags from synthetic leather. This business really needs an effective promotional strategy to increase visibility in lokal and regional markets. The strategy used to optimize the promotion of the bag convection business is through the use of social media and information technology. This is supported by using a combined approach between making placards, marketing via the Instagram platform and increasing visibility via Google Maps. This method is used to increase public awareness about the existence of the bag convection business and to expand the reach of potential customers. The results of implementing this strategy show a significant increase in the number of visits to physical stores and online interactions. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Plandaan involving students of class X. The method used was direct training in the form of workshops and interactive learning using stocklab games. The results of the study show that the introduction of the capital market and stocklab games is effective in enhancing students' understanding of investment and the capital market. Students can comprehend the basic concepts of the capital market, stock investment, risks and returns, as well as investment strategies. In the beginning, Bapak Arimad established the UMKM susu kambing etawa in 2020, utilizing only a few kambing etawa ekors and arranging the susun in a traditional manner. This UMKM produces several products from etawa kambing. Every day, there is a growing desire for the susu kambing etawa product. In this village, there are several micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM), one of which is a copper accessories business. TikTok Shop, as a digital platform utilized by business owners to market their products, seems to have not been optimally implemented by the owners of copper accessories businesses Wulan Collection in the village of Tanggungkramat. In running their business, owners only market through Word of Mouth (WoM) methods, promotions on WhatsApp, and also at exhibition events. With the implementation dedication activities in the village of Tanggungkramat, we hope to help provide information on digital marketing, especially on the TikTok Shop platform, to effectively and efficiently market products so that they can be known optimally among the community. Efforts that the team can undertake include: 1) Creating a business account on TikTok for business purposes, 2) providing information on interesting content ideas for potential customers, 3) providing business banner facilities. This service activity aims to increase market coverage for MSMEs in Wonosalam Village so that they are known to the wider community. This community service activity was carried out intensively for 1 month in February 2023 with a schedule agreed between the writing team and the fostered partners. From the results of the intensive activities that have been carried out, satisfactory results were obtained. Foster partners are able to introduce their products to the wider community. Partners also have their own logo and have social media to improve product branding.
