However, until now this village does not have a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) that is developing independently. One of the main obstacles faced is the lack of understanding and initiative of mothers in developing businesses based on cooking skills. They only cook for household needs without considering business opportunities that can have economic value. The Shared Kitchen Program: Lebaran Creations was initiated to provide insight and training for housewives in processing gabus eggs as culinary products that have sales value. This activity involves direct practice, exploration of taste innovations, and discussions related to packaging and simple marketing strategies. The results of the program show that mothers are increasingly confident in producing better quality gabus eggs and are starting to consider home culinary business opportunities. Village communities, especially housewives, often have free time that can be used to produce creative products that have the potential to become business opportunities. Hampers, as a product that is in high demand with aesthetic appeal, are an ideal choice for a home business that can be done with low capital. This training focuses on the selection of quality materials, attractive designs, packaging techniques, and effective marketing strategies, with the aim of improving the family economy through handicraft businesses. The implementation of this workshop involves theory and practice sessions that teach housewives to make elegant hampers by utilizing local materials available around the village. Although there are challenges in terms of limited raw materials and marketing knowledge, participants are trained to face these obstacles and create competitive products. The fostered partners in this work program are MSME actors in Sidokerto Village who are engaged in various fields. The initial condition of the partners showed limited knowledge and skills in digital marketing, so that their businesses only relied on offline sales with limited market reach. The main problems faced include a lack of understanding of digital platforms, online marketing strategies, and content management to attract customer interest. The problem-solving methods applied (Panjalu, etc. 2024) include providing an understanding of the use of digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. In addition, partners are also given direction on creating interesting content and branding strategies to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. The implementation of activities is carried out through seminars and direct practice. The results of the coaching show changes in understanding digital marketing. MSMEs in Latsari Village, Mojowarno, Jombang, still have difficulty in obtaining Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP), Business Identification Numbers (NIB), and optimizing their business promotion designs. Therefore, the ITEBIS PGRI Dewantara Jombang Community Service Team initiated the Digital Business Boost (DBB) program with the theme "Excellent MSMEs Through Digital Transformation." This program covers three main aspects, namely: 1). Assistance in making NPWP for MSMEs that do not yet have one. 2). Assistance in making NIB for business legality. 3). Creation of promotional designs for MSMEs that do not yet have attractive business banners. With direct assistance and digital education methods, this program has succeeded in helping several MSMEs complete their business administration and improve their branding. As a result, most MSMEs now have NPWP and NIB and get more attractive banner designs.
