The methods used in the implementation of the activity included material explanations, hands-on exercises, and guidance in using AI-based tools. Problems identified through field observation and structured interviews encompassed low financial literacy among business operators, the absence of separation between personal and business financial records, and limited market penetration attributable to the suboptimal utilization of digital technology as a promotional medium. This program aimed to strengthen the operational capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across two primary dimensions: simple financial recordkeeping grounded in business entity separation principles, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies through the TikTok platform. The program was executed through three mutually integrated stages, comprising a preparatory stage involving needs assessment and instructional material development; an implementation stage consisting of interactive socialization and training conducted on January 25, 2026 at the Kepuhdoko Village Hall; and a monitoring and intensive mentoring stage carried out on February 8, 2026 at the partner's business premises. Findings indicated a measurable improvement in participants' comprehension of fundamental digital marketing concepts and simple financial recordkeeping practices, alongside the development of the partner's independent capacity to create, manage, and produce visual promotional content through the TikTok platform. Nevertheless, the impact on sales volume growth could not be assessed significantly within the short term, as meaningful adaptation to the digital marketing ecosystem requires sustained effort and operational consistency. This program concludes that a participatory, practice-based mentoring approach is demonstrably more effective in building MSME capacity than conventional instructional delivery. The main challenges faced by the partners include low rates of business legalization and limited capabilities in digital marketing. The method used is a participatory approach with activity stages including outreach, NIB registration assistance, and digital branding workshops using the Canva app. The activities were conducted over one week, involving approximately 20 MSME operators.&nbsp; The results showed that about 70% of participants successfully registered their businesses, and 60% obtained an NIB. Additionally, approximately 80% of participants were able to independently create digital promotional designs and began utilizing social media as a marketing tool. The main problem faced by MSMEs is the lack of optimal financial transaction recording, which makes it difficult for business owners to accurately assess their business conditions. The training materials include basic concepts of financial recording, types of MSME transactions, preparation of journals and ledgers, and the development of financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets. In addition, the training introduces the digitalization of financial reporting through the use of financial applications to support more effective business management. The training method is carried out through the delivery of theoretical materials combined with hands-on practice in recording transactions. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi teori dan demonstrasi praktik langsung, yang mencakup seluruh tahapan produksi: mulai dari pencucian, pengeringan, penyangraian (roasting), penggilingan, hingga teknik pengemasan dan <em>branding</em> produk yang modern. Hasil dari inovasi ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi lingkungan terhadap residu pertanian, tetapi juga mentransformasi peran ibu-ibu PKK dari konsumen menjadi wirausaha (<em>entrepreneur</em>) yang mandiri. Meskipun demikian, pelaku usaha masih menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan, terutama dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing dan pengelolaan usaha berbasis teknologi. Melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM melalui pelaksanaan workshop digital marketing yang dilengkapi dengan pendampingan secara langsung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, pelaksanaan workshop, serta pendampingan dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi awal, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran konvensional dengan tingkat pemahaman digital yang terbatas. Setelah mengikuti workshop, terlihat adanya perubahan yang cukup signifikan, baik dari segi pemahaman maupun keterampilan peserta, khususnya dalam pembuatan akun bisnis, penyusunan konten promosi, serta pemanfaatan media sosial dan Google Maps sebagai media pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 65% pada pelaku UMKM, yang menunjukkan adanya perkembangan dalam kemampuan digital mereka. Selain itu, peserta juga menunjukkan respon yang positif dengan tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menjalankan usaha. Dampak kegiatan mulai terlihat dari semakin luasnya jangkauan pemasaran serta meningkatnya kesiapan pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan di era digital.
