Abstract
The Community Service Program (KKN) of Group 3 from ITEBIS PGRI Dewantara Jombang in Pesantren Village aims to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of MSMEs by strengthening aspects of legal compliance, branding, and digitalization. The primary issues addressed include low ownership of Business Identification Numbers (NIB), the absence of a visual identity, and limited utilization of digital media and data on the distribution of village MSMEs. The implemented solutions include conducting the “Classy SMEs” workshop and data-driven field mapping using outreach methods, hands-on coaching, intensive mentoring, and field observations. The results of the activities show a significant improvement in the technical and managerial competencies of the 20 mentored SME operators. The main outputs of this program consist of the issuance of NIBs through the OSS system, the creation of a new logo design as a brand identity, the activation of social media and e-commerce accounts for digital promotion, and the compilation of a spatial database in the form of a map of SME distribution in Pesantren Village. Overall, this activity successfully transformed partner SMEs into business entities that are more professional, competitive, and adaptive to the digital economic ecosystem.
