Abstract
Wuluh Village is a village that has a fairly good village-owned enterprise (BUMDes). However, the administrative management of BUMDes Sejahtera is not yet adequate and also not optimal. This Community Service Activity aims to optimize administrative management at BUMDes so that it is adequate and also optimal in its management. This community service activity was carried out intensively for 1 month in February with a schedule agreed between the writing team and the fostered partners. From the results of intensive activities that have been carried out, satisfactory results were obtained. Foster partners are able to understand well about the new administrative format through the Excel application. In this case the fostered partners can also easily record transactions through the application. From the results of the community service activities that have been carried out, it is hoped that this program can be continued by the local village government so that the fostered partners will develop further and also become BUMDes with good financial management.
