Abstract
Kauman village is known as a seller of herbal medicine in Ngoro district. However, this potential has not yet been fully exploited. This community service activity aims to optimize the management of herbal medicine in Kauman Village so that it becomes a higher quality product. This community service activity is carried out in an incentive manner for 1 month in February 2023 with a schedule that has been agreed upon by the team and fostered partners. From the results of the activities carried out, satisfactory results were obtained and carried out well, this activity could increase sales and product quality and partners had their own logo so that product quality could be further improved. From the activities that have been carried out, it is hoped that the village government will continue it so that it can develop fostered partners.
