Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in boosting the economy. However, low technology utilization and limited understanding of digital-based marketing strategies among MSMEs are key challenges to business development. This community service program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in Pulorejo Village in utilizing digital platforms for promotion and sales. Methods used included on-site observation and interviews, digital marketing seminars, and assistance with halal certification for MSMEs. Results showed that MSMEs in Pulorejo Village experienced increased confidence in using digital media, and a shift in marketing patterns from conventional to digital, marked by increased promotional activities and customer interaction. Thus, this program contributes to increased competitiveness, expanded market reach, and the sustainability of MSME businesses, both independently and sustainably.
