Abstract

Grobogan Village, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency has quite large human resource potential, especially among housewives. However, until now this village does not have a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) that is developing independently. One of the main obstacles faced is the lack of understanding and initiative of mothers in developing businesses based on cooking skills. They only cook for household needs without considering business opportunities that can have economic value. The Shared Kitchen Program: Lebaran Creations was initiated to provide insight and training for housewives in processing gabus eggs as culinary products that have sales value. This activity involves direct practice, exploration of taste innovations, and discussions related to packaging and simple marketing strategies. The results of the program show that mothers are increasingly confident in producing better quality gabus eggs and are starting to consider home culinary business opportunities. As a follow-up, ongoing assistance is needed, especially in terms of marketing and business management, so that mothers can be better prepared to develop their products independently and contribute to local economic growth.
