Archiving Policy
Jurnal Riset Akuntansi dan Keuangan Dewantara (JAD) is committed to preserving its published scholarly content and ensuring long-term access to articles in the fields of accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, capital markets, and related disciplines.
The journal supports digital archiving and preservation practices to ensure that published articles remain accessible to readers, researchers, and academic institutions in the future. These practices aim to minimize the risk of permanent content loss resulting from website disruptions, server failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Digital Archiving and Preservation
JAD encourages the preservation and dissemination of its published articles through institutional repositories and other appropriate digital archiving services. Where applicable, the journal may use recognized national and international indexing, repository, and digital preservation services to improve the discoverability and accessibility of its scholarly content.
Authors are permitted to deposit their submitted manuscripts, accepted manuscripts, and final published articles in institutional repositories or other repositories of their choice, subject to the journal's copyright policy and the applicable Creative Commons license. Authors should provide appropriate bibliographic information and acknowledge the original publication in JAD, including the article DOI or official publication URL when available.
Backup and Digital Preservation
JAD aims to maintain digital copies of its published articles and associated publication records to support the integrity and continuity of the journal's content. The journal seeks to implement appropriate backup procedures and secure storage practices to reduce the risk of data loss caused by technical failures or other unforeseen events.
Published articles are maintained in their official digital publication formats, such as PDF and other formats where available. Backup and recovery procedures are intended to support the restoration of journal content in the event of website or server disruption.
Long-Term Accessibility
JAD is committed to preserving its published scholarly record for long-term access. In the event that the journal temporarily becomes unavailable, the journal will make reasonable efforts to restore access to its website and published articles as soon as practicable.
If the journal ceases publication, JAD intends to maintain access to its previously published articles through available digital archives, repositories, or other appropriate preservation arrangements, subject to technical and institutional availability.
Through this policy, JAD seeks to ensure the continuity, integrity, and long-term accessibility of its scholarly publications for the benefit of the academic community and the public.
