Optimalisasi Peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Mengenai Agen Pos Untuk Kebutuhan Masyarakat Desa Jatigedong

Abstract
The Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) which play an important role in supporting economic development and meeting the needs of the people of Jatigedong village, Ploso sub district, Jombang. One of the important roles of Bumdes is to establish partnerships with postal agents to improve services to the community. By collaborating with postal agents, Bumdes can provide efficient and reliable postal services, including electricity token payments, money tranfers and other important services. This provides benefits to community in terms of convenience, but also contributes to the village economy. In its development, the delivery of services carried out by Bumdes with postal agents was not well understood by the people of Jatigedong village. For this reason, the author and a team of students in Jatigedong village are carrying out activities to provide information on convenience services for the community with the existence of postal agents, by installingbanners in each hamlet, including: 1. Jatirowo, 2. Lengkong, 3. Gedang, dan 4. Gotan. This activity was carried out well by the author and the student team.
