Abstract

This study reviews the integration between preparing financial reports and marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Kampung Baru Village. Carried out as part of dedication, the implementation location in the village was chosen because of its significant economic potential but was faced with the challenges of limited capital, lack of promotion, and low interest in developing UMKM. This research implements the BUMDES & UMKM Development Socialization Program as a response to the problems faced. Analysis of financial reports and implementation of marketing strategies are the focus for increasing the competitiveness of UMKM. The findings indicate the need for assistance in preparing financial reports and implementing appropriate marketing strategies. The results of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of the importance of integration between the preparation of financial reports and marketing strategies in increasing the demand for UMKM at the village level.
