Abstract
Gender equality today is commonplace, as evidenced by the increasing number of female workers in both the government and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sectors. This community service activity was held with the aim of increasing the interest and role of women in entrepreneurship and actively participating in innovating products owned by Kayangan Village, Diwek, Jombang. This activity was held intensively for one week in February 2023 following the schedule agreed with the fostered partners. The results of this activity include increasing women's knowledge and abilities in marketing products and developing women's knowledge and interest in product innovation.
